Refunds
We do not offer refunds for services rendered, as the amounts charged are based on invoices provided by the company to the client.
Cancellations
– Cancellations require a minimum 30-day written notice.
– All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@entradental.com.
Procedure for Cancellation:
– Clients must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
– The cancellation request must include the client’s name, account number, and reason for cancellation.
– Upon receiving the cancellation request, our team will acknowledge receipt and initiate the cancellation process.
Billing and Termination:
– Clients remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the effective date of cancellation.
– Once the cancellation is processed, no further charges will be billed to the client.
Modifications to the Policy:
We reserve the right to modify or amend this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or through our website.
