They should develop their outsourcing relationship to ensure that are given self-generating metadata to track data and come with robust auditing capabilities that adhere to regulatory requirements.

Though hiring a BPO has benefits in the form of increased cost savings, optimized performance, and enhanced agility, companies tend to overlook the data issues that need to be addressed in the first place. Organizations have to take pains to prepare their network data for BPO. It will enable them to reap rewards for years to come.
